Hi All ,

As we take the export backup of our whole database at night .But yesterday night I got this error ,I didn't receive any error from many months . Can you please help me to resolve this ?

ORA-39065: unexpected master process exception in %s
 *Cause:  An unhandled exception was detected internally within the master
          control process for the Data Pump job.  This is an internal error.
          messages will detail the problems.
 *Action: If problem persists, contact Oracle Customer Support.

ORA-39078: unable to dequeue message for agent %s from queue \"%s\"
 *Cause:  The Data Pump's communication layer was unable to retrieve a
          message from the control or status queue. Subsequent messages will
          detail the problem.
 *Action: Fix the problem if possible, or contact Oracle Customer Support.

ORA-25253: listen failed, queue %s.%s is not enabled for dequeue
 *Cause:  An attempt was made to specify a queue that is not enabled for
          dequeue in a LISTEN call.
 *Action: Enable the queue for dequeue using START_QUEUE, and retry
          the LISTEN call.

No there is no ora in alert log file .

Might be difficult since V10 is no longer supported.
