display values not showing in list items [message #663595]

Dear All
I have two list items in my form, one is pop list and second is combo box.
combo box populates upon the selection of pop list value.
form is working fine, values are saving but when I query records combo box list just showing ID instead of DESCRIPTION.

Kindly help me.
